You will write a poem using a text generator to create new phrases, lines, etc.
Then edit it in a second editor panel, and send in.
Then answer a feedback quesion. See below for help or just
HELP
In these two short experiments, you will:
NOTE: A poem is described as 'text with a ragged right edge'.
In the Generator, if you type in a few lines with line breaks, so they look like poetry, it will generate lines in the same 'poetic' style.
Also note, in the Generator there's a drop down menu called 'Select an example', this has test texts, please do not use this.
Try to write non-prose, the 'ragged edge' idea means you have to break up things that might normally run along into paragraphs. It doesn't have to rhyme (but it can) or have a formal structure (like a limerick). For this experiment, the ambiguous image, your prompt, and unexpected text generation are supposed to inspire a poem.

Thanks for helping with this research. I am doing this study as part of my research at the Creative Computer Institute, University of the Arts London, into how people use text with computers. This will be used in new creativity software. My Supervisor is Prof. Mick Grierson, Research Leader, UAL CCI.
Thanks to Fabrice Bellard for use of his excellent Text Synth modified and enhanced GPT-2 system.
